Need to put up a drop box for the U-Haul keys We called and they told us to drop the keys in a box that wasn't there. So we had to call back and figure out where to put them

This was the worst experience I have had.
Hanna CNo gas was in the vehicle, this was the worst experience that I’ve ever had with Uhaul. I’ve been a valued customer for years of Uhaul, My location was switched at the last minute and it was switched to a place that was under construction that wasn’t even opened. I spent an hour trying to get the key for the truck, taking time away from my move time and a hour of my movers time that was pass the time that they had to move me. I feel that Uhaul wasn’t considerate of my time now my movers time. I should’ve been informed of that so I could have informed my movers and I would have known what was required of me once I got there. Someone should have notified me.
Sandra CHaving to use the app was a tremendous hassle. I do not recommend a mobile pickup location for U-Haul. It’s takes forever to download the app, process the images, get approved, receive instructions, etc. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere with actual representatives to assist.
Daniel MIt took me 4 1/2 hours to get a key out the lock box. No one every apologies to me at all
