Timothy RUhaul Tech did not properly assemble the chains correctly on the auto transport. The chains were Not crisscrossed to the trailer of the truck and therefore damaged the vehicle's front end coming off of the ramp. This location should also provide a hardcopy contract to the customer or advise to keep the contract in the truck at all times while traveling to make a smoother drop-off/return process.

Clarice RU-Haul should consider changing the way photos are uploaded to the self check in. Instead of adding photos one at a time the customer should be able to add them all at once to his phone and then click them in.

Nicholas TThey didn't have a pin to lock the trailer onto our ball hitch, which is very unsafe. We had one at home with a lock on it that we used, but you really shouldn't pull a trailer anywhere without a pin locking it on. They should have a big box of those pins, so there is never a situation where that happens again.
Cheryl MMake sure the equipment has a 2 wheel dolly an pads. Other than that everything else was good.
