The truck was not outside the gate. We were an hour and a half late getting access and only got in when a car was leaving the gate. The U-Haul rep could not get in contact with anyone at the business. We were trying to fight the 100+ degree heat index by picking it up at 6:30, but we couldn’t drive it off until well after 8:00. This was very frustrating.

Have the truck mechanically ready to go out. No way previous customer didn’t experience the same issues. Spent way too long trying to download the initial appearance of the truck and finally gave up because the would not load. If you put an apostrophe in your sentence in the app it calls it an unknown English character and won’t let you submit the form.

Hamza BThe battery on the truck was bad and the key was taped together and no one there told us this. We ended up having to get the truck jumped after getting it all loaded and then the metal part of the key broke off in ignition
