I do not like the virtual check in and drop off
Chris WHave a human being onsite! The virtual agent was extremely nice, but the wait was nerve wracking, and using technology for everything is not a convenience for everybody.

Lamar HI was charged for not filling the tank at the location. I started with half a tank, I drove 55 miles total, put in $15 worth of gas or 5.2 gallons. The Uhaul trucks get 10 miles per gallon, so those 5 gallons would replace 50 of the 55 miles of that I drove. They charged me for 3 more gallons. Seems like they are trying to scrape a little off the top, out of the customers pocket.

Steven FWhen I arrived she couldn't find my reservation by the reservation # I gave her. I paid online for appliance dolly. She said we don't have those here and I could go check other Uhauls. She didn't care at all. I asked for the one on display outside. She said no, boxes are taped on to it. This caused a lot of work and pain getting appliances up 3 flights of stairs.

Luis MTruck had many issues. The oil light and water light were on the entire time, the front bumper cover fell off when i opened the driver door, there were old empty mcdonalds cups rolling around the floor behind the seat, the headliner was not only disgustingly dirty but was falling down. i was not confident in the vehicle but needed it, so i delt with the anxiety of feeling like there was a possibility i would get it loaded with all my things and then it would leave us stranded, luckily that didnt happen but the anxiety and concern was real.

Edward PInitial location did not have rented truck or equipment. Sent to another location to pickup only rental truck which had a door that would not open and oil light was on and did not have rented equipment. Sent to third location for rental equipment who also did not have rented equipment.

Orlando CWent in to get key because app is difficult to manage took another 15 min to to what I already did online. Dropped off truck same problems with app sat in truck 40 min trying to get it dropped off finally was able to check out and key box lock wouldn’t open mean while raining the whole time. Now I’m being over charge days later and have no clue what’s going on.

Victoria NI have an event co and HAD to have this truck so I looked past the dirty arm rest and drink holder and smell. When I opened the back of 26' truck...someone moved manure or mulch and it was disgusting. I paid my team to clean it And I had to let that truck air out for 2 days before I could move my Decor in. I do expect a call and refund
Judy BI was pulled over by a city police officer because the Uhaul I was issued had no rear/break lights. Luckily I received only a warning. Better maintenance attention is needed.
AMANDA HThe customer service was great but the condition of the truck was very poor. The cab was dirty and the driver side seat had a large rip in the cushion. To top it all off the truck was extremely loud! Almost like the Exhaust was removed. It was so loud you could literally not hear the person talking to next to you or radio.

Brett MReally bad rental experience I use uHaul often but this was bad First I arrived at location to pick up truck and personnel on duty had locked themselves out of office so the called a different location and sent me there. Got to the other location 15 minutes before closing time and they was already closed so called back to first place they said we’re in now. So went back got a truck from original location Truck was awful couldn’t get either door to close completely and drove awful I had a blow out on one of the back tires had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get it fixed which made me late returning the truck Many years of renting uHauls this is my first complaint I need to rent again next week and am considering a different company Please review
Jimmy KAssociate was very helpful and courteous, truck would not start because of a dead battery. It took 30 minutes to put 20 gallons in the tank. Fuel tank is not venting.
