Chuck NI tried to call uhaul customer service to change drop off location and they literally transferred me to 5 different people who could not make changes to my drop off location and they transferred the 6 times before I said . I’m good , I will just drop it off at location with uhaul contract

Brooke SThe equipment was not installed correctly which caused damage to my car and residential property. The staff is not properly trained and significantly inconvenienced me. RepWest insurance company is also non responsive with extended wait times. I would like to be refunded for my usage as I have been seriously set back. I would not consider using this service in the future if there aren’t any remedies given.

Wassim GStaff need more training. The manager knew how to do everything, but other hourly staff did not know how to rent or return equipment. An operating procedure handbook could be helpful.

JOSHUA MStaff was helpful and rental was quick. The tire maintenance light came on almost immediately after leaving the office however and remained on for the entire trip to NJ. I'd recommend staff check that out prior to renting.

Don SThe truck was horrible. The transmission was clearly on its way out. Very hard shifts and it up and down shifted at inappropriate times. It did not feel safe to drive at highway speeds. Accordingly, I had to take non-highways from Concord to Greensboro - it doubled the travel time. It was clean.

Marissa LNo truck was available after I drove 45 minutes to pick it up. I was told the truck rented to me would not be available for another 4 hours at best. Considering I hired a crew to load, that was a problem. The same size truck on the lot was their "local only" truck, was rented to 2 other people that day and was not available to me. I was to discover later why the truck was for local use only, see below. 10 or 15 minutes after leaving the facility I received a phone call saying I could have the local truck. Hmm. Seeing no other options I agreed to circle back an take it. About the truck. It is a hazard and shouldn't even be allowed on the road. Steering is loose (in fact the steering wheel is always turned about 25 - 30 degrees right of center), so the truck wanders on the road. Headlights are dim, shifting is uneven, the roof liner is falling down, side mirrors are nearly impossible to adjust. The truck bounces and shakes whether empty or full. However, the most concerning thing is the tires. All the tires have zero tread on the inner and outer sections. Honestly, the truck needs either a major overhaul or should be retired. I felt completely unsafe for the entire 5 hour drive.
JUSTIN RI was charged 80.00 for no reason and then just got charge another 10.00 for returning a dolly that I already paid 21 dollars for. They charged me extra mileage when I had to turn around because they never put the appliance dolly in the uhaul.
BETHANY GOne easily fixable situation took this experience from a 5 star to a 2. I had reserved two dozen moving blankets along with the 26’ truck. When I arrived this site only had 17 blankets available. This was noted at the time of pickup. When I received the final receipt for payment I was charged for the two dozen blankets I had originally reserved but did not get. I’m sure this problem is a Uhaul problem and not this particular location.
