This location in not the location where I made my reservation but is where I was moved to. I made a reservation online with U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer@ASCT Fitness BBN for a 3PM pickup. I arrived there at 2:50 to what looked like a vacant abandoned building. There were many trucks there. There are what appears to be five different store fronts there and all are abandoned. I called the number listed for that location and no one answered and the message said that voicemail had not been set up. I had set up mobile pickup and through the app it told me what truck was mine to rent and it was unlocked. The app also said to go inside to get the key. I initiated a chat on the app to no avail. Called a different number and talked with a scheduler who also tried to contact that location to no avail. I told her it looked abandoned. eventually I was rerouted to another location where I picked up a truck over an hour later than planned and incurred additional mileage due to the added distance. Needless to say this specific location needs a lot of work (if it even truly exists as a location). This is my third U-Haul rental within the last 2 weeks (two other rentals in Monore) and those went without a hitch. I would appreciate your response and a possible reimbursement for time and distance.

The lady was friendly, the truck was clean. What's not to like.
DONALD PAsked to speak to someone in person to rent a truck, ended up talking to a video screen. I also filled the gas tank up to the level that was there when I picked it up and still got charged for 4 gallons of gas. Disfunctional service.
DAVID EThe only issue that I saw was the steering wheel play it had about an inch to an inch and a half sway each way. Other than that everything worked amazing!
Ron GWe had a guaranteed rental for 10am - the manager didn’t show up until 11:30! It was a frustrating experience.
