Jim EThe primary issue with this location is the lack of cellular service. (I use Tracphone which uses AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile as carriers). Without it I can't do any check-in using the website or use the app (which I don't want yet another app on my phone anyway), or even make a call for support. Fortunately, the person on the screen was able to "cheese" the system by having me hold my drivers license up to the camera and they could do a photo of their screen using their phone and then upload that. Kudos to them for getting it done! Also, the lack of office hours outside banker's hours at a number of Uhaul locations renders moving a bit difficult to schedule. Since it's now effectively a Zoom workforce, I don't see much reason why availability can't be extended. The truck itself was in good order and the building itself was in good shape. Once past the cellular and Zoom hurdle, acquiring the truck was easy. Wish I could have rented a car-dolly along with the truck but one was not available in any locations in town. Lesson learned: move on a weekday, not on a weekend when everyone else is moving.

Eboney LNot if they had the same problem that I did.?I called to extend my reservations and they say to have the truck back because someone else has reservations for 1:30pm so we took it back ask the guy where to put the keys and that's all he said.Then I go to rent another the next day somewhere else they tell me that I can't get another one because I hadn't turned the other truck in but we did..mow they want to charge me more money I don't own more money

JAMES TMade reservation in Athens Alabama and was told the night before I rented that I would have to pick up from the Tanner location. Added 12 miles to my rental at .99 cents a mile. Not the fault of Midguard in Tanner and they were very helpful. But basically added 12 percent to my rental.
