I don't have any specific comments on the location. The Uhaul app was a bit of a pain to use though. To begin, when taking pictures I couldn't adjust any of the camera settings and I couldn't stand far enough away from the truck to get some of the sides entirely in view. I also got all the way to the end, accidentally clicked on another button at the bottom of the screen, and then had to start the check-in process over. Seems like that could have been saved. It also seemed to take a long time to upload photos. Maybe instead of uploading them one at a time it could save them all and then just upload them all at the end? This is another instance where just having a person available at the location to verify the status of the vehicle could be easier on users than having to go through the app.

The check in process was a little tedious. I get the draw of having a virtual agent, but sometimes in situations like this it's nice to just have someone to talk to on site. Everything was done online, but at this location the building is metal and I had terrible cell service inside the building. I ended up standing in the doorway with the door open to be able to get the messages that were being sent by the agent to complete the check-in. Getting the truck back was a bit of a challenge as well. The exit to the road is pretty narrow, so there was not a good way to get the 26" truck back into the lot. I ended up going through the storage parking lot, which did work, but it would only work when there are not other vehicles in the parking lot.

Latisha SI used this location twice. Both times, they did not have the supplies I ordered. On both occasions, the Midgard digital agent tried to contact the property manager and could not reach them. Both times, the U-Hauls were dirty on the interior cab and the back of the vehicle. I should not have to clean before usage.
JUSTIN MI'll never recommend Uhaul to anyone, our experience was not pleasant and delayed us 1.5 hours. Only for us to have to make another reservation somewhere else after already paying for a rental truck that I was never able to receive. Dont email or call for a follow up. Just look at the two reservation and follow the frustrations. But I wont be recommended Uhaul. I'll make 12 trips 70 miles one way before I rent from uhaul again.
