trudy wNot this locations fault, more on the side of Uhaul. I originally picked to pick up my rental 2 miles from my home. The day before I was told to pick it up 15 miles from home. 4 mile round trip turned into a 30 mole round trip. Very disappointed about the business inconveniencing the customer.

Robert CReservation was super easy to set up. UHAUL APP USED TO PICKUP AND DROP OFF TRUCK IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!! Would not work when uploading pictures for drop off. Ended up having to call uhaul to tell them I am dropping truck off

Daniel MI won't rent from uhaul again. No one else charges for mileage, the trucks are old and not a person on site.

Nicole MEarlier hours would be AWESOME. I wanted to get started at 7am. The check in process was pretty smooth. Maybe get a b/w printer. The color printer takes longer so the check in took a little longer due to the time waiting on print. Not that bad, but this could save you money and time if you use a cheaper printer (old dell black and white) just for the sign in forms. No color needed.

Kathy CNo uhaul representative contacted me 2 days prior as to where to pick up my rental. I ended up contacting my preferred location who did not have it. She helped contact uhaul who told her it was in mchenry off of 31. No further details were given. My wife and I then googled dealers in mchenry off if 31 to track down which dealer had our rental. Poor communication and follow thru.

Kim HTruck was somewhat clean but there was a foul odor but tolerable. A ramp would be good also. Had a hard time climbing up and down the 10" truck. The estimated time we had was doubled because of that. Luckily we rented it for 8 hours
Ramon RHuge trouble finding the location. The location on uhaul.com wanted to take me to a location about 10 miles away. Either update your address on the uhaul.com website or put a bigger sign out for people to see as the entrance is on a curve and when going southbound you pass the entrance before you see the sign.
