The 15’ truck worked just fine for our purpose. Returning the truck was very easy. My complaint stems from the fact that the pickup location was changed by quite a distance, and my original reservation did not include SafeMove, yet the emailed billing confirm showed that SafeMove was added at the point of sale without verbal disclosure. I’m going through the credit process now. We’ll see how long that takes.
