The guy at the location tried to be helpful, but the reservation call center was horrible and reserved a truck for me that wasn't actually there. When I called back they did nothing to try and help me. Horrible customer service.Gloria P.
I still have NOT RECEIVED a final invoice and they took CELL PHONE PHOTOS of my DRIVERS LICENCE and CREDIT CARD. I have called and talked to representatives 2 times and sent messages 4 times with NO REPLIES. I HAVE notified my local police department, bank and lawyer about the entire issue. I never received my dolly. I keep calling and cannot reach a representative about refunding me. There were no clear instructions on how to activate my storage unit. Which made me have to keep the truck an extra day. The experience was horrible and I am extremely dissatisfied.Kayla I.

I do not like that I paid when I picked up and when I went to drop it off I had to take pictures, have a correct mileage, etc. The guy did not tell me any of this information. So wen I dropped it off I had already put the keys in the box. So I had to guess at all the questions. Also, 2 weeks after my rental I got charged an additional 33.00 and where did that charge come from. Ridiculous and when you call you cannot get anyone.Heather W.

The young man had went into my husband banking account and stole an additional 40.00 which bank charge 4.00 fee we have already paid for the truck we paid total of use 70.80 not to mention we only had the truck for 1 hour and only went 12 MLS I only received the receipt for the 70.80 however there's an additional charge to my account from uhaul for the 44.00 we won't our refund back immediatelyLisa G.
In the past when I've rented from uhaul the truck was up front waiting for me I've never been given the key and then told to go walk around the parking lot and find the number on the truck and when I do find it its the last one parked up in the bushes.sherrie M.

Need better locations also when someone reserves a truck or whatever it should be because you have it available. Needs to be a better system for that. Had to upgrade to a 20 ft instead of the original 15 ft we "reserved" was not happy with that. Customer service could be more helpful..LARRY J.

The location was outstanding. The reps went above and beyond to get me in and out and process my rental each of the four times. If I ran into a snafu, they would often mediate with the customer support. After hours, if was worth the long wait to actually talk to a real person through the support line. The app has several flaws and timed out every time, except for the last time.KIM P.

Shop opened at 9 but attendant wasn't there until 9:40. Truck reeked of cigarettes in the cabin and gas in cargo area.stephen R.
Terrible cigarette smoke in cab had to have windows down even though it was 37degrees. Bed was not clean lots of broken pieces of wood with nails in them. I filled tank above level as when I left yet was charged for gas!!! VERY LIMITED PARKING, DRIVEWAY FULL OF DEBRIS..LEO P.

It was very very unprofessional I had to wait hours for my U-Haul I was scheduled for a certain time didn't receive it till hours later while it was sitting there and the gentleman who was supposed to give me the U-Haul was too busy outside talking to a female getting tires off a truck it was very inconvenient for me and my family I would not recommend this U-Haul location to anyoneDEBORAH F.

It was cramped and dirty. Attendant did not see our reservations and gave it to some one else. Then have us a truck reserved for someone else who had not yet arrived We were told by Sharonville office it would cost $1,000 to drop off truck there instead of original site! The lady she explained everything terribly ended up charging us 101 dollars for 31 miles I told her I will be going 60 miles and she said we would be getting money back so we get back something was wrong with the meter after 31 miles of driving it went up some how and she said she would have to charge us 9.50 because we filled it up past the line we got it we was thinking it was bull but we just wanted to be done so she minus the 9.50 from the 20 we should've got back for not going the whole 60 miles so then she came up with some more bull why we don't get anything back we just left never going back there again recommend everyone stay away from this locationARON M.

Your gas gauge is not very responsive. I stopped filling as soon as I saw the gauge start to move and it moved another 1/8 tank after I stopped fueling. Not happy about giving you all an 1/8th tank when I'm struggling to make ends meet. Gas is 3.15 per gallon. It would be awesome if you could refund me that back somehow.Christopher H.
