Vincent EPosted hours were 9:00 AM open. On the day of service (12/26) the shop opened at 9:30, and I could not get my rental truck until 10:00. On the day after Christmas this is understandable, but I wish I had known in advance. I had made an online reservation for a truck and a utility dolly, but the rental guy could not find it. No dolly, but a truck was available. I would rate the service as very good, under the circumstances.

Brian SAttendant was rude and disrespectful. This should not be a uhaul location. Needs customer service training. I will never use this location and give a bad review EVERY TIME!!!!!!!

Paul DThis location is ran by by a very nice family. They are very professional and care about the neighborhood. I called first and asked for advice about renting the van and they were very helpful. The day I picked up the van it was ready, clean, full of gas and ready to take on the road. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Sandra cMake sure you are not double and triple charging customers then tell them they have to file a dispute while actually putting the charges through.

MICHELLE IMy experience was awful. The location was sketchy. Used tires and broken glass everywhere. There was barely any gas in the rental. Not even a quarter. So I returned what was in there and you guys want to charge $30 for gas and I didn’t receive the same amount. No one has called or didn’t even leave a message to my complaint. I will never use U-Haul again after Sunday experience

Gloria PI still have NOT RECEIVED a final invoice and they took CELL PHONE PHOTOS of my DRIVERS LICENCE and CREDIT CARD. I have called and talked to representatives 2 times and sent messages 4 times with NO REPLIES. I HAVE notified my local police department, bank and lawyer about the entire issue. A reply would be nice...🤬
