AARON HFast easy way to get large items home from the store, in my case a snow blower, while it would have fit in my truck getting it into and out of the truck bed would have been problematic .... solution rent a trailer with a ramp for less than it would have costs to have the item delivered. I like how the UHAUL equipment is so solid.

KATARA LIt would be helpful if U-Haul equipped the covered trailers with a jack to lift the tongue. It is heavy and can be difficult for some customers. Thank you.

Dallas Gcheck in process when shop was closed is very cumbersome/slow. additionally ended up being overcharged for fuel /service fees etc. Truck was returned with correct amount of gas and maybe a little more yet there were charges. I did go in next morning when shop was opened and the lady did say she would correct it. I will recommend to others to keep for the 24hrs and return when staff present.

Brenda SThe floor of the truck was wet. They forgot to include the dolly I reserved/requested. It took 35 minutes just to get the keys to the truck through the mobile app and 3o minutes to return it and it didn't even accept the return date & time. Had to call and wait on hold multiple times to accomplish what was supposed to be easier with the app. Very frustrating!!!!!
Sunday SI have used UHAUL many times over the years and this was such a confusing circus I will not be coming back. I wasn't told where I was to drop the truck and trailer off when I made the reservation. I told the woman on the 1-800 number where my destination was and she said, with the discount, she would find a place close to where I was moving to. The following day, I was informed that the drop-off location for the truck and trailer was somewhere in Milwaukee, which was a good distance from Mount Pleasant. I was charged an additional $40 for dropping off at an incorrect location, despite having an agreement with UHAUL to drop it off at the location where I initially intended. Moving is already stressful enough without UHAUL adding to it. Good riddance.

Lewis BMake it so your app works. It took an hour to get my vehicle and that was after the so sent me to wrong coordinates. There was no uhaul where it sent me.
Emily KThe vehicle was damaged and the damage was not recorded when I picked up the vehicle. The app would not let me upload photos of the damage. The damage was significant and caused some difficulty while driving at night as the drivers side headlamp was loose and shook violently. Headlight damage and movement resulted in me getting pulled over by police officer in Illinois and Wisconsin but no tickets. Overhead door seal leaked soaking clothing and boxes near rear of vehicle resulting in having to dryclean several suits and soiling several pants and shirts. I feel like the management of the site at my pick up location is dishonest because they did not report the damages to the vehicle though they were obvious and when I asked about the broken grill and hood/driver headlamp shroud they assured me it was repaired which it was not.

Chris LThe woman working the front desk is rude, sarcastic,and snarky for no reason. Literally said it's just a paycheck to her. She was completely unprofessional.
Marsha DThe uhaul itself was clean but the driver door didn't shut properly, a lot of our boxes got wet due to the uhaul leaking in the rain, and the uhaul lift door kept sticking. I had to climb up to have enough leverage to get it to open.
