It would be helpful if U-Haul equipped the covered trailers with a jack to lift the tongue. It is heavy and can be difficult for some customers. Thank you.
LLOYD LThe person who checked me is was great.
Dallas Gcheck in process when shop was closed is very cumbersome/slow. additionally ended up being overcharged for fuel /service fees etc. Truck was returned with correct amount of gas and maybe a little more yet there were charges. I did go in next morning when shop was opened and the lady did say she would correct it. I will recommend to others to keep for the 24hrs and return when staff present.
