I initially went to Bramalea East location the manager Samantha and the co-worker who were Caucasian were very disrespectful for no reason . To protect their side they even threatened not provide me service and put a note on my name. I have been a Customer past 10 years and have rented so many times and never had such an awful experience as this time. I would not dare to come to this location or completely U-Haul again. I had two more customers complaining about the manager. Advice is to remove managers who do not know customer service, its better than to loose lots of customers.

Service overall was excellent. Rep was friendly,very professional and helpful. Parking lot however is really in need of repair with lots of potholes.

The only issue I had was with you 24/7 mobile reservation. You request drivers license images over a link that doesn't appear to have an SSL address header. Your reservations changed the booking and allowed me to present the information to the dispatching clerk. Problem solved, client's on line safety paranoia is cured.

I had to do a lot of scraping to clear ice from windshield before driving off lot. Is customer normally expected to do this? Service person was very impatient. She handed me the key and I had to search the lot for the vehicle. She didn't tell me what the number on the key tag represented. I was searching for licence plate for a while.

We travelled 11 miles and we did not run the truck while loading and were charged over $15 for fuel, That is excessive, The excuse is it's the system..... BS

I'm kinda surprised that why they charged me Extra Look at my invoice mile out and mile in ..... I drove only 26 miles but they charged me over 70 miles ?? Seriously ??

Customer service was horrible, worker was blasting music on table all the while helping customers through the payment process and other processes. Received truck over an hour late even though I was there 15 minutes prior to my pick up time. Absolutely no professionalism. We were asked to wait outside in the cold for some reason while the worker dealt with one customer.

This location performed an identity check by asking an alternate number and calling the provided number immediately. It scared my wife and caused nervous when getting a call asking if she knew me as it sounded like I was involved in some kind of accident. I think there should be a proper way to begin the phone call to not make it sound so scary.

I had a discrepancy in the invoice which I received next day due to communication error from Uhaul migson transport service. However it was corrected next day after long waiting call to Uhaul and still awaiting for refund. Migson transportation are very poor in answering calls and billing call usually goes to USA which they always confuse in miles and kM and struggle in replying clarification on the invoice. I will not highly rate when it comes to customer service but it is just cheaper renting VAN.

Even though I registered to complete all the procedure online, person at the reception was very helpful with any query. He was a gentleman. There wasn't too much rush and advance booking is always a good idea to get the vehicle for sure. Overall had a very good experience.

There is nothing negative about this place only thing you need to make sure and take note of the fuel gage. I didn't and has to put more fuel due to my own negligence.

Fix the truck it was DANGEROUS the steering alignment was so bad I could not drive the truck. Never been so scared in my life driving, UHAUL should not rent out UNSAFE vehicles.

Following what can only be termed Bad Customer Service from U Haul on Main Street we decided to try this location even thought it is not in our immediate area whereas Main Street is. We are thrilled that we made this decision. Anytime we have gone to this location we have had excellent Customer Service. This time was no different even though, it was from a different lady. I want to compliment the Customer Service of a young lady named Ashley. She was very polite, professional and most importantly she gave us a sense of welcoming to the location. She explained everything clearly and was very friendly. My wife and I will recommend this particular location easily and now more than ever with employees such as this young woman.

I rented a van for 4 hours, I simply moved one bedroom set that was done in two trips. On completion I needed to use the washroom so badly and at 6:20 pm the rental locations was already closed. I rushed to Walmart which is relatively close and forgot to remove two pieces of plastic wrap used to wrap a dresser and a chest of drawers from the break of the van. To my chagrin I was charged $25 plus HST for cleaning. If this charge is not refunded I absolutely will dispute it as an illegal charge with my credit card company. Except for this distasteful charge my experience would have been such a pleasant one. I implore renters took always check your invoices line by line for irregularities.

U-Haul charges a lot but do not provide any care in case of need. I paid for furniture dolly but forgot to pick it up in store while picking truck. Realized after leaving and called helpline to inquire if I can pick from another store? I was straight denied that its too late. The stores were still open and I cannot find a reason why I cannot pick the dolly from another U-Haul store.

The mileage in the payment receipt I got was wrong. I got overcharged for extra 100 miles than I had driven. Already informed the store. Initiate refund for the extra amount you charged for the wrong mileage.
