Equipment was dirty. A man came and yelled at me about where I parked my car, but there were no signs stating I couldn't park on that area. then he proceeded to park and watch me while I was there. I felt very uncomfortable and would never get a U-Haul from this place ever again.

This vehicle is not maintained, the truck was running out of windshield fluid. When I was on highway it was snowing heavely and there is no washer fluid, it became very hard to drive and uhaul put my life into a threat. Very disappointed.

Rohan Kthe mobile process is horrendous. your online process is not user friendly. finding the lock box was a big task - hidden under the rug, and hard to reach. also, there were no instructions that after entering the code, you had to flip and hold a toggle switch in order to open the lid. again this was difficult to do as the box was hard to reach and the number reels were not very visible. once all this was accomplished, i was able to be on my way. upon checking out, i had assistance from the staff at Migson. She directed me on taking the photo of the gas/mileage and such. This was relatively easy but I did not do it online/mobile - the lovely staff did it for me. Would I do mobile again? Probably not unless the time needed for pick up was outside normal business hours.

Kelly AThe online/mobile check-in process needs improvement. The key for the truck was not where the online portal directed, and the steps to getting the combination to lock to unlock the cargo area and retrieve the key were out of order. The online process did not show me the combination so I had to wait on hold with customer service for 15 minutes before getting into the truck, resulting in a total loss of a half hour of rental time before I was able to drive away. Returning the truck was a bit awkward as well. The online portal said (paraphrasing) 'lock the back of the truck'. So I did. Then it asked me to photograph the cargo area, but I had just locked it up.
Mike NDelayed for an hour, called customer service few times, got a response “Sorry I cannot help you, I will now talk to other customer”. Looks like she doesn’t know how to help me, not a good customer service. Finally reached another customer service rep, who is very firm with Migson staff and told them to help me as I am waiting for an hour for my truck. He give a walk through of steps that needed to be done.Finally, I was able to get the key. I forgot the name of the customer service representative but what he did is a very good example of a good customer service, not just skipping a person if they don’t know how to deal with the situation.
JONATHAN RLocation was fine except the equipment I order was not in the truck.
Edit TWe had many issues obtaining the vehicle and returning it, as well as billing issues and it overall was a bad experience.

JASON UMy pick up location was changed the day before my move from a site next to my apartment to a 30 min drive away. My partner and I both had to spend an extra hour in transit the morning of our move to pick the truck up. It was in good condition but changing the goalposts on us was crummy and made a hard day harder.

Colin HMigson Public Storage, is ok but you guys UHAUL are ripping off the customers, I was charged for the fuel though I filled it. You robbed me, shame on you. It’s a shame.... that you guys can’t even provide a dolly in your equipment. If you guys feel that you are for the customers please return me my fuel charges that you charged me.

KAH SI seem to keep having trouble with online booking. I had to call to know if my booking was received. It was, but I never got the confirmation online. At some point I was able to log in to my account but kept being told my password was incorrect. Very confusing!

Larry GI booked online for a time and they sent me a confirmation email with another time at another location. I guess its ok if its no time dependent. I called in and found another place closer by (not sure why it didn't book me there automatically). Please keep in mind you also have to fill gas after you are done. I was not told this until I picked up the key. So since I got a van it was 20$ + 0.6$/km + gas. May not be as cheap as you think. Service was good, truck smelled like hay and had a bit left on the bottom but overall not bad at.
Mitchell LThere are hidden charges that appear after returning the truck and not mentioned on your website or any document. It is better to clear enough and advice you customers about these hidden fees. I had the opportunity to receive the same service with the same cost and the service provider offered the truck with unlimited mileage, a driver and one helper for the same price. Please try to be transparent and give a clear image to your customers.

Gaurav SMy pick up was at Scarborough. Drove to Niagara Falls where I moved. I could have had the truck dropped off at a Niagara location. to avoid the extra heavy charges. instead, I had to return the truck to Scarborough. from Niagara. and then charged the km fee. which was approximately 217 km, 0.69 cents per km. I feel cheated. Arent Agents suppose to render the same services as other Uhaul stations/locations

When I opened the back doors to load my stuff into the truck, there was a blanket and a dirty t-shirt in the back. Maybe make sure the trucks are cleaned before handing them off to a new customer. David CCons: It literally smelled like someone had taken a shit in the front cab. We had to keep the window open at all times. There was garbage debris in both the cab & back compartment that should have been cleaned from previous use. Pros: Service rep was easy to deal with and on time.
