DANIEL RMy entire rental experience was awful. I booked a truck in Tallahassee Florida almost two months before the date of moving my daughter back to Orlando. The morning of the day we were leaving, I got a call saying that due to availability issues, there were not trucks available in Tallahassee, we would have to drive an hour away to get a truck and that was the only option. I talked to several people about at the very least credited for the extra gas this was going to cost me, but no help was offered. The pick up place was so far away from Tallahassee that it was in a different time zone! After I got the truck, everything was fine until I got home and lost the key. I had purchased extra safe insurance and thought this would cover the key. It did not. After I had to pay and wait for a new key, it caused be to be a little late returning the truck. They then proceeded to charge me an extra $68 for an extra day. I will never use U-haul again.
