If a customer chooses Mike Wells Towing all their needs will be met with friendly people! There was someone confusion with another U-Haul vendor who didn’t have the truck we reserved. U-Haul sent us to Mike Wells Towing and they were excellent! I’d go out of my way to do business with them again!

clean the interior a little more thoroughly - we found an open bag of twizzlers and the prior rental contract.

Poor customer service. Did not read/go over contract prior to signing, quoted us wrong rate. trailer floor was greasy, had to beg to moving blankets to protect furniture.

They kept talking and joking between themselves for extended periods of time, while I sat there waiting. The guy hooking up the trailer hooked it up with lots of the chain on the ground. I corrected and his reply was, oh that probably is a lot better. Then proceeded to try and plug in the lights backwards 3 times. When I pointed it out, he flipped it and tried to up it over the holes. Felt like maybe he was intoxicated. I also was not aware there are haul places you can't drop a trailer off. They said I could just google the nearest place....well it took me three places to find one that would take trailers.
