The trailer was due back on the 31st. I returned it on the 30th and he said he would send an email but I did not receive one. On Nov 1st I received a call from uhaul asking if I had returned. The order had not been closed out.Carolyn C.

The lady who worked there was SO nice and helpful! So was the guy who hooked up the trailer for us. Sent us to the Auto Zone down the street. It was a little out of the way for us but they had the trailer we want. Was worth the extra drive.Penelope C.

Upon arrival, the staff had already rented out my reserved vehicle and the furniture dolly. I had to take a larger, more expensive truck and wait an additional twenty minutes for a different customer to return the furniture dolly before I could leave.Quinn L.

Better communication among employees. I was charged for six days rental when I only rented the truck for two days and turned it in on time. Then, the field manager refused to acknowledge their mistake. I was forced to to call 1-800- Go U-haul, speak to a representative and they were actually very helpful in resolving the matter.Leo Z.

I rented a U-Haul recently a one way.. picking up at Houston, fondren road and dropping off at San Antonio. I even confirmed by calling a customer rep and even confirmed at the location with the guy who works there. Now Uhaul is telling me that I have to pay extra fees for a drop off at a wrong location. Every one I talked to at U-Haul is asking me to either go back and drop off in Houston or pay the extra fees. Either the rep I talked to the day I reserved should have told me about it or the employee at the location should have told me .. when I mentioned I am not going to drop off the U-Haul I got at the same location. But neither of them did not. When I call the customer care.. they are just transferring the calls between them. The whole thing caused a chaos for me.Nithin K.

Very unprofessional and rough people..I booked dolly, they gave it to another person who came after me, and told me no more dolly. there was only one dolly at this location and it's their wish to give it to somebody who they like and not based on first come. The location is also very dirty. Actually I booked at another location, they asked me to go to this location as they don't have equipment as previous customer did not return. Not sure how much of it is true, but it was a mess..Looks like these uhaul is very unprofessional, first time I had very bad experience..Ratnakar M.
