VIVIANA VI was told I could return the trailer to any u haul. When I got to Cedar Park, I was told I had to return the trailer to a facility in Phlugerville. Thank goodness that Israel in the facility in Cedar Park took the initiative to fix the problem when the app showed it was an error for him to receive it.

Levy BLots of ‘for-sale’ cars and other vehicles occupying most of the space and blocking all but one entry. Entry not clear and had to circle the block to find a way in for the rental truck. Interior cluttered and staff was chilling on a couch and told me to lay the key on the counter. They didn’t even take their feet off the table during the exchange. No acknowledgement or ‘receiving’ and I was left unclear that my return was going to be recorded correctly. I had to wait for a ride and decided to wait next door rather than at the drop off location. Would not recommend especially considering the contrasting stellar experience w the pickup location.

Jerry GUnable to put gas in the tank at several gas stations, The lady said it was the pump problem in snooty tone, as if I'm stupid and don't know to put gas in the van. Its really uhaul van problem and should not be rented to anyone without proper maintenance.

tommy jHonestly this review isn't for improvement but mainly thanking them. The lady at the U-Haul office was super nice, she's a bit loud but that's her own way, very fun to talk to in general. I rented a van it was clean, ran great, no issues at all. Returning was just as easy as picking it up. Will always come back to U-Haul of I ever need to transport or move again.

Ross MThe lady was very nice and helpful. But the location is run down, lots of non-working cars in parking lot. Feels more like a sketchy junkyard than anything else (piles of tires out back behind the fence, complete with guard dogs). I would not want to go there by myself as a single woman.
Rachel CI had to go 40 miles to get this truck because the Bailey rd location put the truck for local instead of one way put me two hours behind ha guy named Grant made the reservation then tried to lie and said he didn't do it that site gets a zero

jose cThe trailer was due back on the 31st. I returned it on the 30th and he said he would send an email but I did not receive one. On Nov 1st I received a call from uhaul asking if I had returned. The order had not been closed out.
