The location(s) were fine the people very helpful. HOWEVER, the U-haul website they had to use were terrible both in picking up the truck as well as dropping it off. Took :45 minutes to at pick up, even though we’d done paper work and reserved it ahead of time. The U-Haul website wouldn’t work at drop off either, and getting the final receipt took easily :20. The website created an unnecessary headache!

U-Haul needs to lower its prices. They get you with that $19.99/day and mill you with the mileage charge. Rented a 10’ truck, round trip 120 miles, p picked up a live seat ands chair for $50, truck cost me about $186. Should have just bought a new one and they would have find the work.

Price increase was substantial (40% increase) since renting the same equipment about 8 months ago. Small price increase might be expected but this increase is excessive.

If I ask for counter Checkin and you change my reservation, I should be told if counter check in is unavailable at new location. Mobile check in is not friendly for people who do not regularly use tech and you ask for too many pictures to be taken.

I dropped off the cargo trailer after hours, so I did not enter the location or talk to anyone on staff. Easy to drop off!

Make sure to inspect the rental better before the customer arrives to pick up equipment. Car hauler had a flat tire when I picked it up and had to change out the equipment. Other than that everything went smoothly. Thank you.

Although i only had the car dolly for a 24 hour period i was charged for 48 hours because there was no one at the location when i returned it. this was in the middle of the day 12:12pm, on Wednesday June 11, 2025. I called multiple times throughout the day to inform them of the return with no answer, I left Messages on the voicemail at the location and finally called U-Haul costumer service to report the return and was ensured that it would be taken care of, but when i received the email with my receipt on Friday June 13 I had been charged for an extra day.
