Online pick up was too tecnical , took a few efforts to get it to work.
Joel BWhat's the point of making a reservation if you change the location and the vehicle requested at the last minute?
SCOTT ZIf I ask for counter Checkin and you change my reservation, I should be told if counter check in is unavailable at new location. Mobile check in is not friendly for people who do not regularly use tech and you ask for too many pictures to be taken.
