Get their communication together. It sucks. I was wrongly charged. Money was taking from my account after paying the balance when I got it.
Sharon DDrop off was after hours so I just pulled up front parked, cleaned out the cab, locked it, and put the key in Box No.1. It wasn't clear where I should drop the key, but it was received and processed first thing Monday morning. I know this because I got the appropriate text message and email Monday morning.

SHIRLEY TI chose mobile pickup because I didn't want to deal with humans. There was no uhaul parked out front so I pulled into the gated area where all of the trucks were parked. (Assuming I'm still using my phone to pick up.) Man came out with attitude telling me I had to pull back to the front lot because this was employees only and come inside to check in. I asked why I'm having to do this when I chose mobile pickup and he just kept repeating "because we're here". If they aren't going to allow mobile check in during business hours uhaul needs to remove that option.

Kelley CCall the customer to let them know you did not have the equipment they reserved instead of them finding out at pick up. This was VERY inconvenient and very poor customer service. I had to go to another location for the equipment and even then they didn’t have all of what I needed.

HAROLD HContracted was not available at the original location in Hogansville. I was sent to this location after waiting at the Hogansville location for an hour. This has nothing to do with Mike's Towing. He provides good service. The schedule delay and Uber charges and extra labor charges for loading the truck cost more than $200. On top of that I was ignored after opening a case for resolution. Mike Holley did not answer or return any of my calls. Terrible service.

LaQuasha WMike has always ran a first class business and he knows how to provide customer service. When I made my reservation unfortunately Mike did not have what I needed. Per the website the dealer on 503 whitesville rd did so I made reservations with them. Just before I arrived they contacted me and said they had no vehicles at all. I explained I had hired movers that I had to pay regardless. I was told sorry. I went over to Mikes towing as they were openenig and even though they had several reservations they got a truck for me and saved the day. Thanks for the great service

glenda cTo have to pay 125.00 to rent a pick-up truck for 2 1/2 hours is ridiculous. I only drove a hour away, and I returned the truck before time and could have rented a car for a couple of days for this price. This did not include putting gas in the truck. First and last time renting a uhaul, somethings are a rip off and this is one of those things. It was not the location, the location was a nice location. It was the U-haul pricing that I did not agree with.

tanisha fThe problem with our order was I ordered it over 2 weeks before I needed the uhaul. I chose AAA storage due to their office was open on Saturday and I wouldn't have to do everything thru my phone to get my uhual. When we got there, they said they didn't have my name on their list to pick up on 3/2/24. So she had to call someone and they said our truck was at Mike's Towing, which was was further from the other place we were suppose to pick up at. Then we get there and the offrice is closed. So in order to get our keys for the uhaul we have to go on the app and sign in and do all this crap that was really a pain in the butt.You need places to be open on Saturdays. Because it took us OVER AN HOUR to get our keys. By the time we down loaded pictures us and what location we were at and picture of the truck. Then we had to wait to be approved to drive the truck by downloading our driver's license for both of us. Since I order the truck the order was in my name. But my husband was driving the uhaul, so he had to down load his driver's license and wait to get approved to drive. It was VERY VERY FUSTRATING!! Then when we returned the truck, we had to sweep the truck out and take pictures of the back of truck, the front cab of truck, milage odometer reading, and how full the tank was full. This was all ridiculous and too much effort. It would help tremendously if you would hire people/companies that are open all day on Saturday. We will NEVER EVER use Uhaul again. We told everyone we know, how much a pain in the butt the whole ordeal was to pick the truck up and to return it!!
