The reserved truck 20' was not available. Only 10' one available per the reception saying. I enquired if 10' one I rent then deducted amount should be refunded to me (10' - $20/day, 20' - $40), then what he did is to make two-days rental(charging double including the insurance $15 ×2). Finally I got a bill doubled then I claimed then he removed the double charges then bill came, which is even not satisfactory at all. Fuel charge for 30 miles run - $10 charging again Expenses add on over and over.
