My truck was not ready at pick up it was missing the dolly I paid for and it took an hour and a half and a phone call to the 1-800 # to fix it. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience

Hours of operation could be extended to help assist with moving people. Could have gotten my uhaul later if you guys would of opened earlier or brought it back ewrlier if you guys were open later. Just one persons opinion.

When a customer orders equipment, Uhaul should make sure the equipment is provided. My moving day was hindered because the equipment I paid for was not in the Uhaul when it was picked up. When I dropped the Uhaul off, I told the sales rep and he didn't even refund my money! I will not be using Uhaul again!

The actual location was good. The issue began when I had a reservation confirmed at another location. I on my way out the door to pick up the van when I received a call that they did not have it. After much stress something other than what I wanted was available at another location much further away. Not only did I have to pick it up but I had to drop it off at the same location adding an additional hour to my day. I haul learns to make things convenient to the customer when they mess up and not what is good for uhaul. In addition it made for a very long day having to get a 2 hour late start. Finally your central reservation center is terrible. They kept making excuses and mistakes when it came to switching the reservation. Overall I was not pleased how things went.

The staff is great and gets you on the road quickly. The location is close to gas stations and they have on site storage which is a plus.

Alignment was off on the truck. Made for a long drive going 500 miles.

Good location and employees! Enjoyable. But since you're asking for improvements, well perhaps a better computer system is warranted. For the customers ahead of me it seemed slow, perhaps causing the customer backup and wait time. It certainly was fickle when it came to my turn. It required their manual entry of my credit card information as well as other issues the employees noted to each other.

Treat your current customer fairly so they will return and recommend your services. Paying a penalty for less than 1 hour overdue is fair and acceptable but charging for a full day is near sighted. How many potential return customers are lost?

The entire UHaul system was down so it was kind of a nightmare but the biggest issue is the owner. What a jerk! He is rude, foul mouthed and just had THE worst attitude. The only saving grace was the other employee Dan. He was so upset about the situation but tried very hard to smooth it over, make small talk, be polite and accommodating. If not for him I'd have given this place a poor rating. Would never recommend this place!

The truck that I rented purr like a kitten and very comfortable compared to U-Hauls of 20 years ago they felt like they were going to flip back then but clean comfortable seating very very good experience. I would recommend this location to anybody who ever asked about using U-Haul

When we tried to return this we had driven to three different locations to return the truck. This was the only one of help. Everyone else turned us away and said "we're full, try someone else" with no specifics. It would have been helpful if they could have helped us find a location that would take the truck.
