Ron & Travis have been extremely pleasant & helpful. I would recommend them to anyone with valuable item needing storage. I stored a 74 VW Beetle in a 10 X 20 and felt it was safe.

This location is very near to our home and we have been using it as our go-to location for many years. We have always found the staff to be helpful, courteous, and efficient.

This location is right on point Daniel has had what I need the past 3 times I have recently required yall's services. My only gripe is the computer system always seems to crash . Transfer the quote crash... restart.. to get all the way to payment and it crashes 4 times in 3 trips .. 2 twice in one transaction.. it may save aggravation to customers and the office y'all updated the system software or otherwise

This drop off location and staff provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Absolutely awful! The man behind the counter was beyond rude and aggressive.... cursing and screaming about how U-Haul needs to pay him for storage for all the equipment that is dropped there because he doesn’t ‘have room’ ...he also went on and on about how U-Haul sucks and he wish he didn’t have to deal with them (he is a franchise owner) because “they don’t care about the people they rent to...all they want is their money” .... he went on and on and on about his ‘hate’ for U-Haul This isn’t even the whole story of our experience, which started at pick up. Needless to say, I will be contacting the JOE, the CEO about this awful experience. I move twice a year and always, always choose U-Haul. I have never had a problem, until this move. Hands down, This was the worst, I mean, the absolute worse experience I have ever had! As if moving isn’t stressful enough. Maybe if the CEO cares as much as he claims to about customer experience, he will contact me before I reach out to him. My cell is 970-531-4102.

Hours of operation could be extended to help assist with moving people. Could have gotten my uhaul later if you guys would of opened earlier or brought it back ewrlier if you guys were open later. Just one persons opinion.

When a customer orders equipment, Uhaul should make sure the equipment is provided. My moving day was hindered because the equipment I paid for was not in the Uhaul when it was picked up. When I dropped the Uhaul off, I told the sales rep and he didn't even refund my money! I will not be using Uhaul again!

The actual location was good. The issue began when I had a reservation confirmed at another location. I on my way out the door to pick up the van when I received a call that they did not have it. After much stress something other than what I wanted was available at another location much further away. Not only did I have to pick it up but I had to drop it off at the same location adding an additional hour to my day. I haul learns to make things convenient to the customer when they mess up and not what is good for uhaul. In addition it made for a very long day having to get a 2 hour late start. Finally your central reservation center is terrible. They kept making excuses and mistakes when it came to switching the reservation. Overall I was not pleased how things went.

The staff is great and gets you on the road quickly. The location is close to gas stations and they have on site storage which is a plus.

Good location and employees! Enjoyable. But since you're asking for improvements, well perhaps a better computer system is warranted. For the customers ahead of me it seemed slow, perhaps causing the customer backup and wait time. It certainly was fickle when it came to my turn. It required their manual entry of my credit card information as well as other issues the employees noted to each other.

Treat your current customer fairly so they will return and recommend your services. Paying a penalty for less than 1 hour overdue is fair and acceptable but charging for a full day is near sighted. How many potential return customers are lost?
