How U-Haul Reviews WorkI reserved a 15ft truck which was to be 19.95 but was given a 20ft truck for 29.95 ? My understanding was if you are given a bigger truck then the give it for a the same price. They had several of the 15ft trucks on lot so I’m not sure why I want given what I reserved.

Rickie JAfter renting a truck from this location's employee, the owner of the agency called me on my cell phone 30 minutes later threatening to tow my car away for parking in front of his building. If the owner does not want folks parking in front of his building, than a sign should be posted stating just that. How about, " Do not park here?, No Parking, You will be towed if you park here".....The basics that anyone who does not know would expect to see........Customers are not mind readers. When I returned the vehicle, the employee told me that the owner was a complete fu..ing a...hole and that I should urinate on top of his desk if I need to use the restroom. WOW! That is a first
