Have the truck clean and ready, don't keep customers waiting with no staff at location, make sure the correct truck is on the lot.

Although I have highly rated this location, U-haul's computer system is slow and outdated. This has been the second time in 6 months that I have rented a trailer and have waited 30 minutes or more because the computer system would not allow my purchase order to go through. Very frustrating on a moving day which in itself is stressful enough. I had even tried to speed up the process by creating an account with my credit card information days before and it still took over 30 minutes. Unacceptable!!!
