The truck ended up having some serious safety issues that the first location would be unaware. I left documentation with the facility in Branson as to the deficiencies involved.
tim cThe truck was supposed to cost $19.95 but ended up costing $45. I had reserved a 10’ truck in Seward but they didn’t have one available. They set me up with the 15’ truck from Milford, supposedly for the same rate. Other than that, all was good.

Shawna FI would HIGHLY avoid using this location to rent a U-Haul, and just go down the road to Seward or Lincoln to rent a vehicle. I was scheduled to pick up my truck on a Friday evening around 5:30pm, and had to play hide-and-seek to find the key box and the U-Haul trucks. I had to call U-Haul representatives three times that night because I couldn’t find the keys to the truck, the key box was not in a good condition and not would not give me the key, and because I wasn’t able to pick up the truck at 5:30pm anymore. I did eventually get the truck closer to 7:00pm, and while the gas gauge on my contract said the truck was at 1/4 of a tank, the gas gauge on the truck had it on empty. I took a photo of the starting mileage and gas gauge for my own reference. I filled it up with $50 in gas the next morning and had no issues with the drive (besides the truck sounding like it could really use some maintenance). I wasn’t moving far so I brought the truck back to this location. I went to check in the truck but noticed that the mileage was off on the contract by about 50,000 miles. Once again, I had to call U-Haul to try and figure this out and was assured by the powers that be that I would not be charged extra. I wrote down the mileage on my phone (for a grand total of 52 miles), and saw that the gas gauge was at/about half a tank of gas, which is obviously more than I started with. Went to return my key and be done with this frustration, but the key box was moved again! At this point it was like a comedy special. Flash forward to today, and I was charged for 123 miles (the mileage on the receipt was STILL wrong), returning the truck with less than a 1/4 tank of gas (convenient because there is a stipulation in the contract that I get charged more if it’s returned with less than 1/4 tank), and my husbands card was charged instead of the card that we had put into the contract.

Larry ATrailer pulled very good easy pulling. Only complaint was the rate was much higher than advertised. Was told $30 per day and it ended p being $470 for 3 days. Drop off was easy.
Rory HI was not told the trailer had to be returned to Milford when I picked it up in Crete. Found this out when I got a phone call that the trailer had not been returned.
