Only problem, we discovered later on that the rear right tail light of the trailer was out. There was no way for us to remove the light panel to fix it ourselves, and no time to find a U-haul to have it fixed. By the time we noticed it, the location we picked up from was closed.

Paul NOur drop off location changed and the app didn’t let me edit it to the correct drop off location. Craig said the drop off location would change it for us, but when we dropped off the truck, we were told that the pick up location should have changed it and he could not. So, we were overcharged. The pick up location didn’t change our drop off location and it was finalized and we got charged for too many miles.
