This truck was problematic. The shifting was poor and needed a cable replaced in the shifter. The ignition was Janky and hard to get the key out the walk just as bad and had to get off in the back. I was pissed.
JOSEPH MClerk was difficult to deal with....Albert Treated me like I was an idiot about Uhaul. As you can see I deal with you all quite a bit recently so I'm pretty certain of the process. Very smug
Marc SWe rented the van for less than 6 hours, to go 40 miles, and it cost $153! Complete rip off. $19.95? Yeah right.

Peter Wi was extremely dissatisfied with my experience, when we picked up the van from the shell location they had no dolly, which we paid for. then when we returned the truck the employee had to get the key out of the drop box so i could take pictures, he tried to tell me he didn't remember me coming in and was trying to tell me i mustve picked it up at a different location. after about 5 minutes of explaining every detail of our 30 second transaction earlier that day he finally realized he was the one who gave me the keys earlier and forgot our dolly.

Maolys BThis location is a gas station and there was no where to park the truck safely. It stuck out into the road. Also the self check-in process didn't work. The first step of uploading the picture kept saying failed to process image. Tried it ten times. Ended up having to call.

Sahib BTruck gas tank was on empty on arrival. Had to get gas before I even left the lot. Didn't do a lot of driving, returned with more gas than I started with.
BETH RWe completely got ripped off. The truck had not been maintained and we got charged for the crew not filling it up. We only went 12 miles and was charged $100!!! I am going to blast this all over social media and Google reviews. I can't imagine how many time this location has done this to others. I will be calling!
KARA WEverything went well. The operator of the U-Hail was friendly and straight to the point. The truck was reasonably clean and ran well.
Mario IApp is very frustrating. Multiple pic angles is pointless since the quality of images and time of day made it difficult. Please review these requirements as none of these are needed when renting from the service desk. Actually made it a longer process then going inside to the desk.

Greg MI reserved this uhaul and dolly 2 days ahead of time yet when i picked up my uhaul the guy at the counter informed me they didnt have any dollies and told me id have to get one from a different store using time and money out of my day and miles and gas in the uhaul. I should not of been charged extra for going out of my way to get a dolly that i reserved ahead of time.
JUSTICE MThe operator at the Shell gas station was unable to understand customer needs. His attitude was unfriendly when I faced a situation with my truck and he called for an additional service without my consent. When I challenged his decision he was arguing with me instead of cancelling the service that he booked. I think he just wanted to rip off and make some extra bucks.

Sharon TThe rental process was very time consuming. I filled out the rental information and agreement online and was expecting it would be a quick and easy pick up. Instead, I had to leave work and spend half an hour re-submitting the information in person before my brother-in-law could take the rented truck. And in the whole process, his drivers license was never even looked at, even though I was clear from the beginning that he would be the one driving the truck.

Virginia FVery poor communication with personnel responsible for car reception at Drop Off Location, lack of basic english skills - I was approached by a random person asking to give him keys to rented truck - there was no sign or confirmation that this person is really U-Haul representative in any way - I was asking mutiple times for any ID or evidence that I am returning truck to authorized person but I did not get any proper response. Later on that person charged me 150 dollars for blankets that I returned almost untouched but fewer than in my order. Problem is that I got fewer already at the time of pick up!!

Christie WThe app did not make it clear what I was to do with the keys each time. First, it did not say where to get the keys, and there was no clear signage at this location other than a key drop box, but that's obviously not where you pick it up. And then when I went to return the truck, the app again did not say what to do with the keys. I went inside both times, but I wish either the app indicated or the location itself had signage indicating where to pick up and drop off keys.

Micheal Hi do think you should let people know price by the mile - when i got the bill for $120 - thinking this was about $30 - i have to say i’m not happy about that! i moved a crappy couch for college kids and now it’s going to cost me $300 to do so! that’s just sucky. $50 at the most is one thing - so not thrilled about the small print extra fees.
mary mTo uhaul: you need to have a separate place and trucks for people who do farm animals. Vehicle had farm animals previous cause it had any and smelled like manure plus had pooh behind driver in hard to see area. You could see it from the passenger side No one cleans these trucks anywhere Quite evident thx

Tarun SAbsolutely horrible uhaul experience. Please go read the reviews for this location. I paid for a dolly and furniture pads that I did not receive. I had the uhaul for 3 hours and had no damage but was charged a $120 damage fee. I went back to the site to take pictures of the uhaul proving no damage. I went inside and spoke to the worker and he was so confused and hard to communicate with. He said he did not add the damage charges and could not help me remove them.
Natalie Bthe location employee accepted the car and said that everything was fine, there would be no additional costs. the employees did not say that the truck needed to be returned to the location where I got the truck from. I demand a refund!
Ilia NI rent uhaul all the time for work. I use it and clean it before returning. Never have I been charged a cleaning fee of $25, for the last 2 years. Never renting from here again and I suggest going elsewhere.

Edward DDO NOT RENT HERE! Truck interior was dirty. They didn’t have the pads & dolly that I had reserved was not available. The station attendant told me I was “out of luck”. Because I didn’t get the blankets, my furniture got scratched & without the dolly, I wasn’t able to move all the items. When I brought the truck back, I showed the station owner the scratches & he told me he didn’t have a back room, which is why they didn’t have them. He still charged me full price & didn’t take off anything for the extra gas I put into the vehicle. This Shell station should not be a U-Haul store & should focus on gas & over priced snacks. DO NOT RENT HERE!
Marion PWhen I went to return the keys the lady who took them over was very rude and unprofessional. I explained to her we couldn’t park the truck where she wants without completely block in the car next to it. She yelled at us to park there anyway. Very rude lady also had an immediate attitude when I walked in fussing if I had put gas in it never even got a chance to say we did. Definitely won’t be returning

Lisa SVan had no oil, broke down, waited 3 hours for a fix, on return no spots to park van, and attendant was obnoxious and rude amd refused to check me in unless I could park van in a spot it would not fit.
Todd WTruck needs to be repaired so it is safe. Emergency brake and back up light not working. It shouldn’t take 40 minutes to pick up a truck.
CATHI EI returned the van early because display panel was blinking “oil level low, add oil”; I was too anxious about potential damage to make a second trip in the van.

I called the number provided to me on the paperwork and had it changed back to this Mill Creek location. I really did not have the time to make these changes...

Duke NI went online and ordered a 10' truck and two dollies. The dollies were absolutely essential. Day of, I arrived and there was a 20' truck and no dollies. The size of the truck was fine, but when I asked the store clerk "well, what do we do about there being no dollies" he said I could call customer service. He wasn't rude, he was fine, and I'm sure this is the only possible answer he could have. But calling customer service wouldn't result in dollies - it would result in nothing. And when you're renting a U-Haul, you need the exact items you ordered. Heck, it could have turned out that I absolutely couldn't have a 20' truck for some logistical reason, etc. So, because the job I was doing absolutely required dollies, I had to borrow them from a friend which added about 90 minutes of extra travel and logistics for what I was doing. I even got a text from "Kalie" with U-Haul that "...I found the equipment you are looking for however its not at your preferred location..." and the location she sent me to...had the 20' truck and no dollies. Prior to this, my U-Haul experiences have been awesome. This one was not awesome.
Ben FU-Haul was not at the location at time of reservation 1pm. I had to contact U haul as store would not. After a lengthy wait time and transfer I was told no truck available. As I was on the phone to a U-Haul rep, I noticed a truck arriving into the parking lot 45 mins after scheduled pick up. It was the truck I reserved. Per number on truck per rep. The person driving the truck told me he was told to drop truck back at 2pm. I used the truck, 45 mins after my scheduled pick up time. I was very disappointed with service and non communication of truck been late. It messed up my schedule for the day and missed deadlines. Disappointed customer. Paul Bayly

Eric HIt was a little confusing where to go to park or to turn the truck in but the location was easy to find and the rep was pleasant. I had expected a paper receipt or email confirmation of receipt of truck but didn’t get anything.
Jason JThe truck was clean, but seeing as how this is a third party location, the equipment I reserved AND paid for was not in the truck. I am handicapped and was really relying on the equipment help. I didn't know that because it was a third party location, that the equipment might not be there. Then trying to get a refund for said missing equipment has been a headache. Truck, fine . Communication from U-Haul and lack thereof is TERRIBLE.
Shianne SWhen I went in this morning to pick up my truck, I was told there was one truck and 5 reservations. I just so happened to be the first guy there, so I was lucky. It was a 7:15 am pick-up and I was there at 7. So something odd happened, the clerk was nice enough to tell me but 4 people were going to be out of luck. Also, this was our second attempt at making a reservation. The first one was done a week ago, for a 6/30 am, 7/1 pickup at the Mill Creek Shell. Then I received a text yesterday saying the location was now the Not Just Antiques in Bothell and I had to wait till 11 am. A 4.5 hour pickup time difference wasn't going to work due to prior moving arrangements. So we cancelled that and tried again, which was the one this morning at 7:15. I'm not blaming anybody, it's just whacky to me how a simple thing like renting a truck turned into an adventure. The truck itself worked great, no problem. So I suppose the end result was that we got it done .. but getting to that point was really challenging.
