How U-Haul Reviews WorkHave the AFM who runs this route do an immediate DSR on the dealer to address these issues. I appreciate the dealer having employees that do not speak English as a 1st language, but I believe that contributed to the situation since the dealer did not explain a single thing to me. Did not verify payment, just used the card on file. Did not hand me a receipt, did not explain anything to me except handed me a key for the truck and pointed to where the truck was located at in their lot. Truck was incredibly dirty. I have pictures but without being sent the link via text to confirm truck condition upon dispatch, I could not share them. I’m confident that a DSR will show what I am referring to. But don’t know what other equipment this dealer has, but I imagine all of it is in the same poor condition. If I wasn’t pressed for time when I rented the DC, I would have cancelled the reservation and gone to a center instead. It was that bad. The employees there were nice enough, I do not want to paint a picture that they weren’t polite or professional. I can just tell this dealer doesn’t get a lot of attention or training. It’s been years since I worked a route for U-Haul, and I usually do not have bad experiences at dealers. This experience left me so frustrated that I felt compelled to share. I know the AFM on this route would want to know. If it were my route, I’d definitely would want to know.

Sumit CA little confusing as I thought I was picking up at a different location in Mill Creek (where I originally signed up) but can see that this site was what worked for an early pickup. This could be communicated better.
