There was something wrong with the store’s connection - someone at U-Haul said their server was down. I had to use my phone to go through the app, which was not the easiest. This was not the store’s fault - they were wonderful. Everything else was great. I rented a brand new van and it was perfect!

The van was dirty and had items left inside from a previous renter. The clerk forged my name on the contract and accepted things I did not work.
Alicia SI ordered 2 furniture follies and a stand up dolly. When I arrived the person informed me I had to go to a different town in order to pick them up. At no point did you tell me that I needed to do that. The franchise model does not work.
