ok I have a complaint, I previously rented in U HAUL and my experience was exceptional, but this time it was the opposite, the truck had a very bad smell inside, it was not as clean as my past experience and apart from the gas tank, It wasn't where they always say it was 1/4 full and I took photos to verify what I say the tank was 1/2 full and obviously I had to fill it to 1/4 because later they want to charge the rest of my card.Karina C.

I wouldn't rent from this location again. Like going to a 7-11/gaming parlor/hooka bar to rent a truck. couldn't hear person behind counter through plastic screen, and over excessively loud music playing in the store. actual vehicle was in good condition, worked well for the situation, but will not go this location again.PATRICK T.

The worst experience even with these company UHAUL. First the original location didn't have the truck I booked few weeks ago then send me to another location. When I got there, I was told they didn't have the truck I was supposed to get and game me a smaller truck. On top of that I got charged three time the truck rental. This happened Saturday, June 26, 2021 I call the UHAUL to see why and I can't still get a respond. The worst experience ever I repeat!MARCO R.

Provide better parking. I had to leave my car in front of a Donut shop (no parking available behind the store) Also - the truck was missing a gas cap. The condition report I was provided upon pickup was inaccurate - the photo showed the gas cap in place but it was completely missing when I picked up the truck. I was in a hurry so I had to go ahead and take the truck, but I was concerned I would be penalized for the damage. Fortunately, there were no additional charges after dropping off the truck.David A.

They charge my credit card again after taking their official fee and concluded the business and receipt was sent indicating that all charges have been applied. The next day I got an alert on my phone for another withdrawal from uhaul without receipt no explanation, I've been calling them for explanation or return the money they keep saying they will call me back.
