The worst experience even with these company UHAUL. First the original location didn't have the truck I booked few weeks ago then send me to another location. When I got there, I was told they didn't have the truck I was supposed to get and game me a smaller truck. On top of that I got charged three time the truck rental. This happened Saturday, June 26, 2021 I call the UHAUL to see why and I can't still get a respond. The worst experience ever I repeat!MARCO R.

Provide better parking. I had to leave my car in front of a Donut shop (no parking available behind the store) Also - the truck was missing a gas cap. The condition report I was provided upon pickup was inaccurate - the photo showed the gas cap in place but it was completely missing when I picked up the truck. I was in a hurry so I had to go ahead and take the truck, but I was concerned I would be penalized for the damage. Fortunately, there were no additional charges after dropping off the truck.David A.

Simon is the person who helped me. His customer service and professionalism was was the most impressive from any uhaul I ever rented from.Mark R.
They charge my credit card again after taking their official fee and concluded the business and receipt was sent indicating that all charges have been applied. The next day I got an alert on my phone for another withdrawal from uhaul without receipt no explanation, I've been calling them for explanation or return the money they keep saying they will call me back.
