The truck I used needs to have the AC checked. It only worked part of the time and I drove for hours with the windows down.

Would not recommend uhaul to even my worst enemy!!! They lie and maybe ypu get a great agent but I worked with about 15 different agents and maybe 5 of them were understanding..
Thomas SHave the U-Haul parked to where it is easy to get out of the parking space. I had to drive / move 2 other trucks to get to my rental move it and park the other trucks back it’s not the customer job to move vehicles. I was very disappointed.It took time to move the trucks which caused me to late for my movers and it is not easy climbing into those big trucks multiple times to moves them . I won’t use U-Haul again nor will my friends or family with this kind of service.

AARON DStaff at the counter was clueless and took a long time to get us on the road. He was also busy ringing up customers (it was a gas station). However he did try his best to make sure we were being charged correctly.
