Nikki CYour app was very difficult to use. I kept receiving error messages which delayed my pickup. The app required acknowledgement of documents but it was not readily apparent how to do that. The retailer did not provide posted instructions on the checkout procedure. All the equipment was provided in good order and the vehicle was clean.

RAMONA HWhen i made the reservation online, Miller Feed in Bigfork was not notified. I received a call from a Mary that I would need to pick up in Kalispell instead. I called Miller Feed and talked to Tamara, and she said she had no record of it. I gave her the reservation number, and she was able to pull it over to her location and even went into Kalispell and brought the trailer back to Bigfork for me. Something is off with the system that the preferred pickup location was not notified, and somebody at U-Haul just thought they would tell me to drive 15 miles further to pick up the trailer.

Cameron PTrying to screw me on fake charges saying I left the truck short of fuel when I fueled it right before I returned it. No one was even there to assist customers or sign the necessary paperwork. Terrible service, would not recommend, and will not go back!!!

Karen FThe semi-residential, semi-commercial nature of the site is a little unusual and unexpected but overall it was fine. My beef is with Uhaul policy to attempt to charge me extra based on time and mileage when this location was several miles beyond my destination and where there was another uhaul location. I was instructed to bring the truck here. It was not a choice and it was not convenient for me besides. And now to be charged extra???? No way!!! This is beyond wrong!!!

jeff fThe website reservation system is faulty: it does not allow the import of an existing picture of the backside of my driver's license, and the "take a picture" feature seems to only work for phone pictures, not for computer-camera pictures. I tried to take a photo of the backside of my driver's license with the computer camera, but it was never steady enough to allow the picture. It was always jiggly too much to allow a clean picture of my driver's license. I had to go through the onsite process with the office to get my vehicle; my time with the website was wasted due to this clumsiness of the website.

Jonathan SOnline customer service needs to improve exponentially! What should have cost me $22.00 and a gallon of gas ended up costing over $150.00 because of online snafus! Call me if you want more info on what went wrong!
