Frustrated that online drop off/pick up options are being funneled to major U-Haul centers instead of smaller local dealers. In remote areas, major centers are challenging to access. We fortunately had someone advocate for us so that we could drop off locally instead of driving a half an hour to do so. Please do your clientele a favor and maintain continuity with your smaller dealers.

Molly MI was not aware that there was a $500 charge for dropping the trailer off at a different location. The items I was hauling was even worth that much money
