Maybe just technical difficulties, but wow. Was 15 minutes early for pick up so I did the check in online to save time. Went inside store, and it took 45 minutes! Cashier asked all the same questions I already answered online, gave me a total of double what I reserved for online, had ME call the uhaul corporate to override the price- BUT corporate had the same price as me. Cashier had filled out her end of the paperwork wrong so she had to fix it on her end for me to get my quoted price. She asked what card to pay with, and was on file but she had to input it anyway. Said she was going to print up my papers to sign, but came back 5ish minutes later to input my card again. FIVE TIMES before she got it right. Disappeared into the office for 15 minutes, with the door shut, until someone else came out and said they would email me the papers without signing. I had to pay my employees for the time I spent waiting when I had already checked in online, cost me an extra $100. I think that if a cashier is working alone, and is not trained properly to check in uhaul customers, then they shouldn't. This was the worst uhaul experience I've ever had, and I normally use this location about 30 times during the summer months each year. Will probably go to Taylor's Saddle Shop from now on. Can't afford to lose 4 times the amount of renting the trailer on wages paid to my employees for wait time. Normally don't have any issues with the guys who work there, just the cashier I have issues every time.

I reserved a 20’ truck about a week prior. I got a call later that day stating this location biggest truck was a 15’. I said ok that’s fine. I arrive to the location. They asked if I seen any trucks out there. I said yes there’s one 10’ truck and a couple trailers is all, but I have a 15’ reservation. I was told there was no 15’ rent there. So I had to settle for the 10’. Luckily they got the 10’ truck in a few days prior or I wouldn’t have been able to get a truck at all. It’s not the persons fault that was helping me she was nice and polite. Sounds like they need to know ahead of time if anyone has a reservation. Then make sure they have the correct truck they reserved available. I was able to make it work but it was really frustrating

Elizabeth CHave your people understand exchange rates. I was given a quote in Canadian dollars as that’s where I’m from. When I wanted to pay for it I was directed to the US side for payment. They tried to bill me the same amount but in US dollars. I tried to explain this to the lady and she could not understand. Finally got hold of someone on the Canada side who did and the changed the price to accommodate the exchange

chris bNo compensation for 100 mile drop off point U-Haul changed from the original drop location. The original location had no more room to drop the trailer I rented. That's a U-Haul problem, not mine. No one helped to unhook the trailer, I couldn't even get a receipt because it was snowing, and his response was "I'll get it later".... I will never rent from U-Haul again, and I will tell all my friends on facebook and twitter about this horror show rental.

Brent PWe dropped off the truck a day early. The person did not check us in and said he would do it tomorrow. We had enough gas in the truck and it was clean. Next day, we get a $60 charge saying we did not have enough gas. Very upsetting since we had made sure to have 1/4 of a tank in the truck.

SHELLEY SIm a patient person but I feel that others would have been irritated with the person checking me in. He was the only one there and trying to check me in with the uhaul and run the convenience store at the same time. I spent approximately a half hour before hooking up to the uhaul trailer then another 10 minutes waiting for the guy to come check the hok up.

CHARLES WThere was prior damage before Millers Corner got the truck. That was the air sensor in the driver side tire, causing it to leak to half psi. Eventually the tire would have exploded. Had to waste several hours calling UHAUL roadside and waiting because the prior UHAUL dealer didn’t catch this damage. There were scrapes and damages near that driver side wheel which means the driver before me was probably a bad driver. Millers Corner however, excellent! Helpful, easy and quick service. Friendliest customer service I had ever received. Would use them again in a heart beat!
