the only issue was the safety chains had a issue hook opening was to small and we could only hook 1 chain to the factory Uhaul hitch that was installed previously.Dennis B.

This location is also a gas station and c-store. Because there was only one person who appeared to be able to run the cash register, I had to wait quite a while before he had helped all the c-store customers who were in and out of there. I was obviously not a priority at that time and I understand that, but I can't give them an excellent rating since I had to wait quite a while to be helped.Greg M.

Started out in one location and they messed up our rental so we had to drive an hour one way to pick up our rental and on top of it all everyone just blamed everyone elseTanya H.

The reason I'm commenting is I ordered a 4x8 trailer and had too take a 5x8 which was to big for what I needed and used more fuel at the same time. The reservation schedule representative called me to verify my pick up and said we don't have a 4x8 in Sidney which I wasn't happy with. The point I want to make is if you order a 4x8 I want a 4x8. It wasn't Miller's Corner fault it had to be that way.Thanks George.George E.
Recommend having sign pointing arrow where the building is located in tad of uhaul trucks misleading where the building is at. Went to building next to Exxon gas station that was a daycare instead of uhaul building to drop off keys.Ronikka K.

This review is not intended for this location, review is for Customer Headquarters in Circle Mont. who called me in the Am to tell me that the van I reserved is NOT avail. However they let me go on and make the reservations which made no sense. Then woman who called said that there is a pickup truck for use in Sydney witch I accepted. Dove to Sydney and there was NO pickup truck, just a rental uhaul. She had worked me as u wee it? I didn't have that much to move so I didn't want to rent a u haul. What should of costed me 80$ exceeded to $124. Next time, may I suggest..... if something is not avail just say it? Leading a customer on a which hunt half the day was unexceptable. Right now people are trying really hard to conserve funds, downsizing living space etc...... Yet, uhaul will work the customer that's for sure.Junior R.

There were two trucks on lot one had the front easily accessible to view numbers, other was parked partially in a ditch with front of truck facing ditch. Harder to get to position to see numbers. Man working at gas station was rude when trying to locate key box, then shut down pump so I could not use my card to pay. Others were able to use cards at their pumps. I therefore did not fill th3 truck up there. That was an income loss to Miller's CornerAngela S.
When I make a reservation it should be a fucking reservation and the service at the pick up location was dog shit no help not a care in the world wouldn't show me the trailers wouldnt help and after giving him the drop off location he put the drop off location five hours away from where I told him and I spent half an hour on the phone just to get that changed. I had to hook trailer and check the lights and when it was returned I had to disconnect trailer myself. No one would come out and help or do their job.Kenneth D.

The attendant was too busy gabbing with other people and smoking cigarettes to even unhook the trailer for me no help at all. If it were my business I would fire him. Dropped off Tuesday evening p.m.Dennis Z.
The guy was lazy. He previously agreed to meet me at 9, wasnt there, the girl at the register had to call him to get him there. After he got there and took his time doing the paper work, i asked him if he would help me load it, he said he would be out. Got tired of waiting, had my wife help. Ha, then the floor was dirty in the trailer and there was a hole in the roof that let in the rain. SuckedMartin W.
