DANIEL RLittle add on service for a garage with staff who doesn't know how to log you out and in and overcharges you because of it.
THOMAS GI was completely ripped off. They seen a young woman walk in and took full advantage. They charged me $300 for a 15' truck for 7 hours. And the gas tank was on a quarter tank when I dropped it off, to fill it back up to the half tank it was originally at he charged me $60 for fuel on top of it.

IAN BIf I was able to find a vehicle at another location I wouldn’t have used this one . The vehicle was semi clean . The engine light was on and when I asked they said it needed a sensor and it would be fine . This location always seems to have issue when ever I rent .

David SI was charged for Moving Blankets which I did not receive. The back of the U-Haul smelled awful. As if garbage or fish heads were being stored in it. It was extremely foul.

Nicole WMy husband and I had rented 2 UHauls and one was cancelled without notice. The location indicated this happens at head office level. This could have made for a poor experience. We were able to get a smaller unit. We will think twice before booking uhaul again.

My truck was rescheduled for several hours later, which I can understand can happen; however, when I asked if there was any other alternative the man on the phone seemed angry about my call. I just wanted to know if there was any other possibilities, even if the answer was no.
Carlos AI rented a uhaul from manawagonish last summer and paid 50$ and was allowed to have the truck for 24 hours today I got a truck from Milledgeville from 10-230, filled up the gas and returned it clean and paid 77$ to rush in the rain
jordan aThe van needed to be swept. My son took a picture to ensure I wasn't charged a cleaning fee. I was charged $40.00 for insurance when I was told it was $20.00. I was charged $39.95 for a cube van that was supposed to be $19.95. The man who served us was rude. I would appreciate a refund but I don't want to deal with that man again. If feel if I call to dispute the invoice I will have to argue with him.

Jeffery LI used to having a great experience at that location until yesterday. I was made to get on my hands and knees to clean the floor of the van I just rented. Since when are customers told to detail vehicles? I will never use uhaul again for this. I could have went to enterprise and saved money.
Katherine GEven if vehicles are new, check the alignment. The van I used was wondering all over the road.
PHILIP MRadio was punched in and damaged. Was not advised of this until I called in to report it at which time I was told the entire truck was stolen sometime before I had it which made me feel uneasy about it. Other issues with truck. Damaged left upper mirror. Dirty windshield which wipers could not clean. Customer service could have been better but overall it was average. Nothing to write home about
Michael OThe two guys there accommodated us before the opening time. They are friendly with smiling faces. Going extra-mile and superb service is a mark of good business. However, the worst U-Haul dealer is P2P & Accessories in Rothesay, Saint John, New Brunswick Canada since after you are told to get your truck in a certain day, yet the truck is not available on that day.

Paul SBe more specific about minimum license requirements and maybe educate yourselves on the difference between new brunswick driver’s licenses. i was denied because i didn’t have a class 5 license. class 7.2 is virtually the same license with no restrictions but i was denied service because the numb nut at the shop was an inbred hillbilly
