I was told that I wouldn’t have to pay km because your agent sent me out of my way and was charged 75$ I was also told there would be a 50$ credit on my account “in good faith”. So was owed $125 and refunded less than 20$

The team were wonderful to accommodate an additional day as we messed up on the required dates for our reservation. The equipment was in great repair and suited our requirements perfectly and the location is excellent.

Peter BI recently moved from Fredericton to the Halifax area, I booked my 26 foot Uhaul a month in advance, as to not have any problems. The day before I was supposed to pick up the truck, the pickup location changed from Fredericton to Saint John, an hour and 20 minutes away from my house. I wasted gas and 3 hours of my time just getting the truck, while 5 friends waited at my house to help me load. Absolutely terrible service.
