As it stands today, I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone and I will do everything I can to bypass U-Haul if I am to ever need similar services again. Judging by my experience, I was obviously misinformed regarding affordability and feel extremely overcharged. I used this service to simply pick up and deliver kitchen cabinets for myself. I did not travel far, was very respectful with equipment and had the truck dropped off in less than 4 hours. My total cost was $354.79. >80$ fuel + 274.79 for < 4hours use. Never again!

Rita PI rented a 26' truck. The shocks were in terrible shape. Driving it empty, it bounced on every small uneven stretch of asphalt.
