This was the worst experience in renting a vehicle. Took over an hour to actually get the truck. Information was wrong on the invoice. The drop off location was wrong when individual confirmed the location we requested. Had to call head office numerous times. We filled up the gas to where it was originally and still got charged. NEVER AGAIN! The only positive is the few people on the phone who helped me throughout the day. Otherwise, it was awful. Zero stars. It is a shame, but for what Uhaul charges the stress of people not knowing what they're doing is magnificent. So, NEVER AGAIN!

I requested an in-person pickup so I was there early but there wasn't anyone on site, so I had to call and to the booking over the phone and online.
DANIEL BBogus company. I allege they are scammers . The vehicle I rented was in catastrophic mechanical shape. Unsafe to drive. They sent me 3 (three) invoices with three different amounts to pay. The funniest part is that they already charged my credit card.....and they demand that I have to pay additional amounts plus late payment plus fuel charges. I have already paid for fuel. Now.....this is the best....they sent me a threatening letter that they will report me to a collection agency if I do not pay. That is hilarious.....because they already took the money out of my credit card. I am not sure whether they are comedians or professional thieves.
