Labeled as 24/7 dropoff location, but it is not 24/7. Would not allow me to drop keys off anywhere. Business hours are extremely inconvenient. This is not a usable drop off location for 24/7. I have had to como 3 times to try to drop off the keys.

Julia IThis was the worst experience in renting a vehicle. Took over an hour to actually get the truck. Information was wrong on the invoice. The drop off location was wrong when individual confirmed the location we requested. Had to call head office numerous times. We filled up the gas to where it was originally and still got charged. NEVER AGAIN! The only positive is the few people on the phone who helped me throughout the day. Otherwise, it was awful. Zero stars. It is a shame, but for what Uhaul charges the stress of people not knowing what they're doing is magnificent. So, NEVER AGAIN!
ZHANA JI requested an in-person pickup so I was there early but there wasn't anyone on site, so I had to call and to the booking over the phone and online.
