The staff at this location are AMAZING. I rented two vans in two weeks from them and they were so kind, helpful, and patient. The second time, I was supposed to rent from another location and they were entirely unhelpful so I cancelled and came back to this one and they were truly the best. Thank you guys so much!

CHARALAMBOS TI was able to book at QQ Convenience nearby because your app and website said there was a 10' truck available there. When I got there, they told me they do not have that vehicle and were very unhelpful. Luckily we found Millioncart Convenience down the street and everything worked out, but we are very displeased with QQ Convenience and UHaul in general for enabling us to book a vehicle at a location that didn't exist.
