I was able to book at QQ Convenience nearby because your app and website said there was a 10' truck available there. When I got there, they told me they do not have that vehicle and were very unhelpful. Luckily we found Millioncart Convenience down the street and everything worked out, but we are very displeased with QQ Convenience and UHaul in general for enabling us to book a vehicle at a location that didn't exist.
