FRANCIS MI've rented trailers from other nearby locations, but this was a first time using this facility. The store and the storage property were very clean, and the Property Manger (Sarah) was extremely friendly and helpful in addressing all of my questions. I rented a trailer during the weekend and needed to return it after hours, and Sarah provided thorough explanation of the process and gave me her card to call, if any issue arose. I will certainly use this location again if I any future rental needs.

Robyn PWe had an outstanding experience with the salesperson at this store. We had trouble finding the store for the drop off - it was dark and not well lit because of construction. He not only stayed late, he offered us a water and was very accommodating. We will rent from this story any time and recommend it to our friends as well. MICHAEL WAfter hours drop off. The app/website was a fail. The personnel were not involved on this occassion. But I have worked with them on other occassions and they are great.
VICTOR TThe interior of the truck was absolutely disgusting. The smell was so bad that my eyes burned, but I had no option once I got on the road. The entire experience was miserable, hauling relief supplies for the hurricane from Atlanta to Asheville, North Carolina.
Ryan LUHaul app had a glitch and we were stuck for an additional 30 min. on phone the service line. Upon return app crashed again. so all we could do was put the key in the box. Don't know if our photos came through or not. Not a comfortable experience.
RIVER RThe gas was not correct. It stated on the rental agreement that the truck was half full but it was far below the mark. We went to dinner 1st before actually confirming the information.

Joseph LThe app was barely working during the return process and we were worried the photos required to submit at the end did not upload, but thankfully there was a kind employee at the site to help us wrap up our moving process. I would recommend some improvements on the app as it makes an already stressful move even more difficult.

Charles PI reserved a utilit6 trailer and appliance dolly for a move out. The appliance dolly was not available or any dolly even 5hough I reserved well in advance. The agent on site added damage insurance to my bill even though I had declined it when made reservation. They could not issue a refund then because their computers were giving them issues. Recieved credit when I returned trailer after agent had to call for approval.
