I requested a utility dolly be provided. I also requested, and was given an in-person appointment to pick up the truck as I was coming from out of town and wanted to make sure the transaction went smoothly. I am wary of on-line check-ins as there are often issues. My suspicions were confirmed. There was not a dolly provided. Unfortunately my transaction had been switched to an On-Line registration ( I found the email "notifying" me of this switch 2 days after I dropped off the truck.) Therefore there was no one to speak with regarding the dolly. In addition, in spite of indicating in the on-line check-in process that I WAS NOT PROVIDED A DOLLY I was still charged. I was also contacted by the drop-off site the day after I dropped the truck off regarding the fact there was no dolly in the truck. It is difficult to return I dolly I was never given. After telling the drop-off processor I checked the "No Dolly" box when I picked up the truck with the convenient on-line check in, he was then able to "see" where I had indicated there was no dolly when I picked up the truck.

Make sure you know that the truck was returned on time an don't charge a extra day to there card.Then it's a hassle to get it all straightened out. My truck was turned in 12 hrs before it was suppose to be so that mistake should have never happened. You all .need to know what each other are doing.
