Easy transition

Facility was closed and unmanned when I arrived. Granted it was a Holiday (Monday/Memorial Day), all correspondence regarding the reservation directed to this location for pickup. Facility was locked and multiple phone calls were required to complete the rental. Was forced to access the trailer on my own and subsequently did all paperwork via the phone. I estimate the entire rental process cost me 2 hours of trying to connect with the right representatives and complete the rental contract. Completely unacceptable reservation/pickup process.
