The location we had arranged in advance was not able to allow us to drop the truck off. Instead they pretty rudely told us to call you and find another location. This is not the kind of business that I believe represents U-Haul well.

I drove 16 miles total and you charges me for 5 gals of gas. That means the truck gets 3.2 miles to the gallon? Terrible!
John SThe truck interior & the cargo area had trash throughout both areas. I was issued a 15 foot truck that indicated on the dash "16 miles until empty" when I pulled out of the rental location. Please keep in mind that this is a vehicle that averages only 7.8 miles per gallon. One slight delay and I would likely run out of gas. Essentially no gas & a dirty rental truck. Not a good start to a move; which is normally a very challenging time as it is. Have a good day.
DARREL MNoticed damage to the front bumper and a screw in the left front tire. You need to fix it before you blow a tire
MICHAEL BI set up the reservation online and added two dozen moving blankets. Then when I arrive for pickup no one is available at the office and my truck didn't have moving blankets. NOt having moving blankets was kinda of a big issue for my move.
