I drove 16 miles total and you charges me for 5 gals of gas. That means the truck gets 3.2 miles to the gallon? Terrible!

The truck interior & the cargo area had trash throughout both areas. I was issued a 15 foot truck that indicated on the dash "16 miles until empty" when I pulled out of the rental location. Please keep in mind that this is a vehicle that averages only 7.8 miles per gallon. One slight delay and I would likely run out of gas. Essentially no gas & a dirty rental truck. Not a good start to a move; which is normally a very challenging time as it is. Have a good day.
DARREL MNoticed damage to the front bumper and a screw in the left front tire. You need to fix it before you blow a tire
MICHAEL BI set up the reservation online and added two dozen moving blankets. Then when I arrive for pickup no one is available at the office and my truck didn't have moving blankets. NOt having moving blankets was kinda of a big issue for my move.
Stephen WYou charged me $200 for dropping the U-Haul off at “the wrong location “ despite entering the city and zip code for drop off when I initially rented the U-Haul, and there not being drop off instructions of site to be found when I logged in to view the basic return information. I dropped the U-Haul off at a secure U-Haul site found on the portal, and yet you still charged me $200. So no. I would not refer you to a friend, I also will never do business with you in the future.
