Location attendant was super friendly. My issue is that the lock used for the key lockbox wasn’t working despite all his efforts. This resulted in delaying my rental. My frustration mostly came from the initial U-Haul managers and customer service response, gotta have to wait until we fix it. This is despite literally looking at another truck right beside “mine” and that one had the key available to use. I was told this was for another customer that was yet to be there. I mean i was here first, my rental was scheduled weeks ago, any truck will do right?! Then I was told I could take it but had to bring it back by 4:30pm. I mean what choice do I have at that moment? No truck or a truck for a shorter amount of time initially needed. Anyway, I got the truck, did what I had to do with a shorter window. I’m just not impressed by that all situation and handling of it. You guys can do better
