I was told that returning vehicle would incur 10% fuel charge if not by original fuel level. I acknowledged and accepted, but did not know that returning below 1/4 would also incur a $30 service fee. I did confirm in your contract that this is stipulated, but did not know at the time. It was returned barely below 1/4 and we hardly travelled / low kms Please also consider that we could not get hold of someone @ 207th st (Western Heating) location to help rent truck (Had to call 800 number and Carly helped out) and had to drive especially to MiniMall for drop off. And spent extra time cleaning the van. And penalized with a service fee gives a very bad experience for 4 Uhaul rentals over 2 days, effectively paying insurance twice on one day!
